Selecting a photographer for your event is no easy task. Our goal is to tell your story the best way possible. Whether it be a small engagement party, birthday or corporate function, we treat every event with the care and trust that it deserves.

how far in advance should i book?

Our diary fills quickly, with dates booking out 9-12 months in advance.

What deposit is required to secure my date?

The client will pay a minimum deposit of $200 to secure the date (or full payment if the event is less than 4 weeks away), payable upon execution of an agreed contract. The deposit is non refundable.

When is the final balance due?

Final payment is due no later than one month before the date of the event.

How can I pay my deposit/reservation fee?

Payments can be made via bank transfer into our nominated bank account, as outlined on the invoice.

What if i decide to cancel my booking?

Cancellations will not be given a refund. This is because we have reserved the date for you and have turned away potential customers.


Blush & Pose Photography shall be the sole professional (still) photographer at the venue/s specified. We do however, positively encourage family, friends and other guests to take photographs throughout the day.

how many photos will i receive?

This really depends on the package you have chosen, as well as how your day runs. As a general guide, it could be anything from 70-170 photos. The final number of images provided will be carefully considered and determined.

quality of service

Blush & Pose Photography will provide a photography service of the quality advertised on its website or as shown to the client privately. The actual number of images provided will be carefully considered and determined. Only images that meet Blush & Pose Photography’s standard will be provided. Images not supplied to the client are deleted from the system at point of selection and are not stored in archive.


Final images will be supplied no later than 3 days, following the event.


In the unlikely event that Blush & Pose Photography is unable to complete the coverage due to unforeseen circumstances, Blush & Pose Photography will arrange another photographer of similar quality to take the contract. Blush & Pose Photography will still edit the final images for delivery.

limitation of liability

In the unlikely event of a total photographic failure or cancellation of the agreed contract by either party, or in any other circumstances, the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the agreed contract. Neither party shall be liable for direct or consequential loss.  

complaints procedure

Any complaints should be made within 4 weeks of the images being supplied. This should be addressed in writing/email to Blush & Pose Photography. We endeavour to respond to any complaints within 48 hours.
