Selecting a photographer to tell your story is probably one of the most important decisions you will have to make in the upcoming months and one that will be with you for the rest of your life.

Our goal is to tell your story the best way possible. We treat every wedding with the care and trust that it deserves. The responsibility of documenting your day is one we take very seriously.

What deposit is required to secure my date?

The client will pay up to 50% deposit to secure the date, payable upon execution of an agreed package. The deposit is non refundable, but can be transferred to a new date if needed or used towards another service.

How can I pay my deposit/reservation fee?

Payments can be made via bank transfer, as shown on our invoices. Deposits are to be paid within 7 days of receiving your invoice. 

When is the final balance due?

Final payment is due no later than one month before the date of the wedding.

What if i decide to cancel my booking?

Cancellations will not be given a refund. This is because we have reserved the date for you and have turned away potential customers. 


Blush & Pose Photography retains the copyright for all images and are protected by Australian copyright laws. A copyright licence is granted to the client for personal use only. Blush & Pose Photography retains the right in all cases to use the photographs in any manner, at any time and in any part of the world, for the purposes of advertising or otherwise promoting work. Sharing/giving our images to other suppliers for their use breaches copyright laws. 


Blush & Pose Photography shall be the sole professional (still) photographer at the venue/s specified. We do however, positively encourage family, friends and other guests to take photographs throughout the day.


Please understand that weather is out of our control. Full sun can make your images look harsh and washed out. We will use our expertise to capture the best possible photos. In the case of rain, further options should be considered for any group or couple photos.

how many photos will i receive?

This really depends on the package you have chosen, as well as how your day runs and what there is to photograph. As a general guide, it could be anything from 50-600+ photos. The final number of images provided will be carefully considered and determined.


The photo booth is for use during the evening reception. Props and a guest book are included. We offer a discounted rate when you book with a photography package.


If your package includes the engagement shoot, we will provide around 15 images in high resolution via a private online gallery.


Our engagement shoots go for 30-45 minutes. They are usually done later in the day, around dusk/sunset and a convenient date and location for both parties must be agreed upon.

quality of service

Blush & Pose Photography will provide a photography service of the quality advertised on its website or as shown to the client privately. The actual number of images provided will be carefully considered and determined. Only images that meet Blush & Pose Photography’s standard will be provided. Images not supplied to the client are deleted from the system at point of selection and are not stored in archive.


You should always remember that the location and the environment in which the photography is taking place can greatly affect the overall look and feel of your images. For example messy rooms and tight spaces.


Drone photography is dependant on time, weather and location and not something we promise to do. Blush & Pose Photography adheres to all CASA regulations.

does 2 photographers mean i will receive more images?

No, having 2 photographers on your wedding day does not mean you will receive more or double the images. Having 2 photographers means, we are able to capture photos from different angles, as well as cover each other when necessary. 

do you give out raw images?

Blush & Pose Photography will not provide RAW (unedited) images. 


Depending on the season, final images will be supplied 4-7 weeks following the ceremony.


Please allow between 2-3 months for an album to be designed, ordered, printed and posted to you. Album production is out of our control, but we will endeavour to keep you updated on the progress.


In the unlikely event that Blush & Pose Photography is unable to complete the coverage due to unforeseen circumstances, Blush & Pose Photography will arrange a replacement photographer to cover the agreed timeframe. Blush & Pose Photography will still edit the photos for final delivery.

limitation of liability

In the unlikely event of a total photographic failure or cancellation of the agreed contract by either party, or in any other circumstances, the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the agreed contract. Neither party shall be liable for direct or consequential loss.  

complaints procedure

Any complaints should be made within 4 weeks of the images being supplied. This should be addressed in writing/email to Blush & Pose Photography. We endeavour to respond to any complaints within 48 hours.
